Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship

Empowering Youths to Lead and Create

HOAA Initiative believes youths are the future. We empower young people with the skills, mindset, and support to become leaders, entrepreneurs, and agents of positive change.

Why This Matters:
Over 60% of Nigerian youths are unemployed or underemployed. Many have ideas but lack guidance, capital, and opportunity.

What We Do:
- Youth leadership and personal development training
- Entrepreneurship and business management workshops
- Startup mentorship and business pitching
- Small business seed support and linkage to opportunities
- Youth volunteer and community service programs

Our Goal: To empower 1000+ youths annually to start businesses and lead change in their communities.

SDG Alignment: SDG 4 (Quality Education), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).

Support Us: Sponsor a youth business, mentor a youth, or fund a training.
